Please also note that we remove all files from our servers within 8 hours of conversion.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our product (immediate access to the product use), we do not provide refunds except where required by law.

Cancelling Account

You can cancel your subscription from your billing page. Once canceled, your membership will continue until the end of your current charge cycle.
