This creamy and tangy Yum Yum Sauce is the perfect dipping sauce for shrimp, chicken, vegetables, or drizzling over fried rice and hibachi dishes. Quick to make and incredibly versatile, this sauce is a must-have for your meals!

Ingredients

•1 cup mayonnaise

•2 tbsp ketchup

•1 tbsp rice vinegar

•1 tbsp mirin (optional for added sweetness)

•1 tsp garlic powder

•1/2 tsp onion powder

•1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

•2 tbsp sugar

•2-3 tbsp water (adjust for desired consistency)

•A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional for a spicy kick)

Instructions

1.Combine Ingredients:

•In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, rice vinegar, mirin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sugar, and cayenne pepper (if using).

2.Adjust Consistency:

•Gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.

3.Chill and Serve:

•Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together. Serve chilled as a dip, drizzle, or spread!
