•1/4 tsp black pepper

•1/2 cup tomato sauce

•1/4 cup water

For Serving:

•8 taco shells (soft or hard)

•1 cup shredded lettuce

•1 cup diced tomatoes

•1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

•1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

•Salsa, sour cream, and guacamole (optional)


Instructions

1.Prepare the Beef Filling:

•Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.

•Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

•Stir in chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

•Add tomato sauce and water. Stir well and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat.

2.Warm the Taco Shells:

•Heat taco shells according to package instructions, either in the oven or microwave.

3.Assemble the Tacos:

•Spoon the beef mixture into the taco shells.

•Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and chopped cilantro.

•Add salsa, sour cream, or guacamole if desired.

4.Serve and Enjoy:
