Ingredients
•1 ½ pounds skirt steak
•3 tablespoons olive oil

•Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1.Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and paprika in a bowl.
2.Marinate the steak in a resealable bag or dish for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
3.Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates or pan.
4.Remove the steak from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
5.Grill or sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
6.Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
7.Serve with chimichurri, roasted vegetables, or in tacos.
