Ingredients

• 1 cup Cheez-It crackers

• ½ cup creamy peanut butter

• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

• 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smooth melting)

• Sea salt (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Spread a small amount of peanut butter on the flat side of a Cheez-It cracker and top it with another cracker to make a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining crackers.

3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

4. Dip each peanut butter-filled Cheez-It sandwich into the melted chocolate, covering it halfway or fully, depending on your preference.

5. Place the dipped sandwiches on the parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

6. Let them set in the refrigerator for about 20–30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
