Description

A light and refreshing shrimp salad featuring tender shrimp, crisp vegetables, and a zesty dressing. Perfect for lunch, a picnic, or a healthy dinner.

Ingredients

•1 lb cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)

•1/2 cup mayonnaise

•1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

•1 tablespoon lemon juice

•1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

•1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

•1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

•2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

•Salt and pepper to taste

•Optional: lettuce leaves or crackers for serving

Instructions

1.If shrimp are not pre-cooked, boil them for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Drain and let them cool.

2.In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.

3.Add the shrimp, red onion, celery, and dill to the dressing. Mix gently to combine.

4.Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

5.Serve immediately or refrigerate until chilled. Serve on lettuce leaves or with crackers.

Notes

Substitute Greek yogurt for a lighter dressing. Add avocado, cherry tomatoes, or cucumber for extra freshness.
