Instructions
1. Assemble the Bites: Spread peanut butter onto 12 Cheez-It crackers, then top with another cracker to form sandwiches.
2. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
3. Dip & Coat: Dip each peanut butter-filled Cheez-It halfway into the melted chocolate.
