Ingredients
•Filling:
•6–7 peaches, peeled and sliced (about 5 cups)
•½ cup granulated sugar
•1 tablespoon lemon juice
•1 tablespoon cornstarch
•Topping:
•1 cup old-fashioned oats
•¾ cup all-purpose flour
•½ cup brown sugar
•1 teaspoon cinnamon
•¼ teaspoon salt
•½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
2.Combine peach slices, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a large bowl. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
3.In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
4.Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
5.Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6.Let cool for a few minutes before serving with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
•You can use canned or frozen peaches if fresh are unavailable.
•For extra crunch, add chopped nuts like pecans or almonds to the topping.
