Ingredients

•1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie crust

•1 can (15 oz) Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin

•3/4 cup granulated sugar

•1/2 teaspoon salt

•1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

•1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

•1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

•2 large eggs

•1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk


Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

2.Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl.

3.In a large bowl, beat eggs, then mix in pumpkin and the sugar-spice blend.

4.Stir in evaporated milk gradually, mixing well.

5.Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust.

6.Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

7.Let the pie cool for at least 2 hours before slicing.
