Ingredients

•1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

•1 cup mayonnaise

•1 cup sour cream

•1 package Knorr vegetable recipe mix

•1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped

•3 green onions, chopped


Instructions

1.Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and Knorr vegetable recipe mix in a large mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.

2.Squeeze excess water from the thawed spinach and add it to the bowl.

3.Add chopped water chestnuts and green onions. Mix well to combine.

4.Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend.

5.Serve cold with bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
