Ingredients
•2 cups cooked ham, diced
•1/4 cup mayonnaise
•1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
•1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
•1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
•1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
•1 teaspoon lemon juice
•1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
•Salt and pepper to taste
•Crackers or bread for serving (optional)
Instructions
1.Pulse diced ham in a food processor until finely chopped.
2.Combine the chopped ham with mayonnaise, mustard, relish, celery, onion, lemon juice, and paprika in a bowl.
3.Mix thoroughly.
4.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5.Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or refrigerate for later.
Notes
You can substitute Greek yogurt for mayo for a lighter version. Adjust the amount of relish for more or less sweetness.
