Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenderloins
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter (optional for added flavor)
Instructions
1.Rinse chicken tenderloins and pat them dry with a paper towel.
2.In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3.Season the tenderloins evenly on both sides with the spice mix.
4.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5.Once the oil is hot, add the chicken tenderloins in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
6.Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
7.For extra flavor, add butter to the skillet in the last minute of cooking and baste the chicken with it.
8.Remove from the pan and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh tenderloins for the best results.
Adjust seasoning to taste or add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick.
Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or salad for a complete meal.
