Ingredients
•1 lb chicken tenders or boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into strips)
•1 cup all-purpose flour
•2 large eggs
•1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
•1 tsp paprika
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1 tsp onion powder
•1/2 tsp salt
•1/2 tsp black pepper
•1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
•Cooking oil (for frying) or non-stick spray (for baking)
Instructions
1.Prepare the Ingredients:
•Place flour in one bowl.
•Beat the eggs in another bowl.
•In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese (if using).
2.Coat the Chicken:
•Dip each chicken tender into the flour, shaking off excess.
•Next, dip into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s fully coated.
•Finally, coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
3.Cook the Tenders:
•For Frying: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the tenders for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
•For Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray with non-stick spray. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
•For Air Frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook tenders for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
4.Serve:
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, honey mustard, or ketchup.
