Ingredients
• 3 ½ cups (440g) all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
• 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 large eggs
• ½ cup (120ml) warm milk
• ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup (175g) chocolate chips
• 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
2. Incorporate Wet Ingredients: Add eggs and warm milk, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
3. Add Butter: Gradually add the softened butter, kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes).
